1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Socialyra ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Socialyra. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) keep your password secure; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use; and (d) be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Services & Orders
Socialyra provides access to social media marketing services sourced from third-party providers. When you place an order, we transmit it to our supplier on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific results, retention rates, or outcomes. By placing an order you confirm that you own or have permission to promote the account in the order, and that the order complies with the relevant social media platform's terms of service.
5. Wallet & Payments
Socialyra operates a pre-funded wallet system. You must add funds before placing orders. Payments are processed via Cryptomus using cryptocurrency. Once funds are added to your wallet, they are non-refundable except as described in Section 6 (Refunds). Wallet balance is denominated in USD. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
We offer the following refund protections: (1) Cancelled orders — full wallet refund automatically credited. (2) Partial completion — automatic proportional wallet refund for undelivered quantity. (3) Failed orders — full refund if order fails to start within 72 hours. (4) Quality disputes — contact support within 7 days of delivery for review. Wallet balance refunds are instant. We do not offer refunds to original cryptocurrency payment methods.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Socialyra to violate any applicable law, promote violence or harmful content, engage in fraud or impersonation, reverse-engineer the Platform, interfere with other users or infrastructure, or make false claims about service quality when reselling.
8. API Usage
API access is provided to registered users at no additional charge. You may not distribute your API key to unauthorized third parties or use the API to scrape non-order data.
9. Intellectual Property
The Socialyra name, logo, design, and content are the intellectual property of Socialyra and may not be copied or used without express written permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SOCIALYRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALYRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY DISPUTE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify registered users before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
