Order not starting or stuck
- 1Wait up to 30 minutes — queued orders process in order
- 2Check if your link is correct and the profile is public
- 3If still stuck after 1 hour, open a support ticket with your Order ID
Payment not credited to wallet
- 1Check blockchain explorer for transaction confirmation status
- 2Allow 15 minutes after blockchain confirmation
- 3If not credited after 30 min, contact support with your transaction hash
Order delivered less than ordered
- 1Partial completions trigger automatic proportional refunds
- 2Check your wallet — the refund may already be there
- 3For refill requests, use the Refill button on the order detail page
