Socialyra ("we", "us", "our") operates the Socialyra social media marketing platform at socialyra.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.

Account Information — Name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash) when you register.

Transaction Data — Orders you place, wallet top-up amounts, transaction history, and related metadata.

Payment Data — We do not store cryptocurrency wallet addresses or payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Cryptomus. We only receive payment confirmation and amount.

Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and analytics.

Support Communications — Ticket content and correspondence with our support team.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) operate and deliver the Platform and services; (b) process orders and payments; (c) send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates, support replies); (d) maintain account security and prevent fraud; (e) improve the Platform through analytics; (f) comply with legal obligations.

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account, orders, and support tickets. We use Resend to deliver emails. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active, but you can delete your account to stop receiving them.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with:

Service Providers — Our upstream SMM supplier receives the minimum data needed to process orders (link/URL and quantity). They do not receive your name or email.

Payment Processor — Cryptomus processes payments. Your payment data is subject to their privacy policy.

Email Provider — Resend delivers our transactional emails and processes your email address accordingly.

Legal Requirements — We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Socialyra and its users.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information and transaction history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion for legal and audit purposes. Support ticket content is retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. We cannot guarantee absolute security — no system can. Please use a strong, unique password and enable any available security features on your account.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No data is shared with advertising networks.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
