We offer automatic refunds for cancellations and partial completions — no ticket required. Our goal is fair, transparent, and instant resolutions.

Wallet top-ups cannot be refunded to the original cryptocurrency payment method. Balance is usable for all orders.

How to Cancel an Order

Navigate to your order detail page from the Orders section of your dashboard. If the order is still PENDING or IN_PROGRESS, a Cancel button will be visible. Click it to cancel immediately. The refund will appear in your wallet balance within seconds.

Automatic Partial Refunds

When a supplier marks an order as PARTIAL, meaning they delivered less than the ordered quantity, our system automatically calculates the undelivered portion and credits a proportional refund to your wallet. For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers and 750 were delivered, you automatically receive a 25% refund. No action or ticket is required from you.

Quality Disputes

If you believe a service was delivered but quality does not match the service description (e.g. wrong type of accounts, clearly fake accounts when HQ was promised), open a support ticket within 7 days of order completion. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. We investigate with our supplier and aim to resolve within 5 business days.

Drops in follower count after delivery are not covered by this policy — some decrease is normal and expected with social platform algorithm changes.

Refill Requests

Some services support refills for delivered orders where count dropped after completion. Navigate to your order detail page and click the Refill button if eligible. Refill availability depends on the service type and supplier. Refills are not guaranteed for all services.

Wallet Top-up Refunds

Wallet top-ups via cryptocurrency are non-refundable to the original payment method. All wallet balance must be spent on Socialyra services. This is a standard policy across all SMM panels and is necessary due to cryptocurrency transaction finality. If you have concerns about a top-up, contact support.
