Is it safe to use an SMM panel for my accounts?
When used responsibly, SMM services carry minimal risk. We recommend starting with smaller quantities and using our HQ (High Quality) services, which use premium delivery methods designed to look organic. Never share your account password with any service — Socialyra only requires your public profile URL. Our services are designed to be compliant with platform guidelines, but we always recommend checking each platform's terms of service for the most up-to-date guidance.
How do automatic refunds work?
Our refund system is fully automated. When an order is marked as PARTIAL (delivered less than ordered), we calculate the undelivered percentage and credit that exact amount back to your wallet — no ticket needed. For fully cancelled orders, 100% of the charged amount is refunded instantly. Refunds appear in your wallet and transaction history within seconds. The only case where you need to contact support is if you believe an order was completed incorrectly — our team reviews these within 24 hours.
Can I build my own SMM business using Socialyra?
Absolutely. Our API is available to all registered users at no extra cost. You can integrate our service catalog, place orders, and check status programmatically using your personal API key from Account Settings. Many of our users build their own white-label SMM panels on top of Socialyra, reselling services at custom prices to their own clients. Our wholesale rates are designed to give resellers a healthy margin.
